Refund and Returns Policy
Eligibility Requirements:
- Timeframe: Must return within 90 days from receipt of order
- Multiple Orders: Items from different orders must be returned separately
- Kits: All components must be included
- Non-Compliance: May result in: Return to sender
How to Return:
- Complete the return section on packing slip
- Specify return reason
- If no packing slip, include:
- Order number
- Item details (number, name, quantity)
- Return reason
- Contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- Package securely with return details
- Shipping recommendation:
- Use insured/trackable service
- We’re not responsible for lost returns

Returns Processing
When we receive your return, it will be:
- Entered into our returns system
- Trackable by date range with reports showing:
- Order ID
- Customer Name
- Date Shipped
- Tracking Number
- Return Date
- Reason for Return
- Product Condition
- Product Name/Quantity
How Long Do Refunds Take After I Return an Item?
A refund will be provided after we process your return item at Return Center. It can take up to 30 days for us to receive and process your return. In certain circumstances refund time frames may be longer.
Refund Times
- Credit Card: 3-5 business days
- Debit Card: Up to 10 business days
